Fitter on Twitter – 25 Must Follow Health & Fitness Tweeps

Can Twitter help get you fitter? We think so. If you follow @TotalGym on Twitter you know we tweet great fitness blog posts all the time. Truth is Twitter is a fantastic resource if you’re looking for ways to keep your exercise routines fresh and exciting, as well as for finding great recipes to keep your workout diets tasty.

Today, we’re releasing the 25 people on Twitter we think can encourage you to get in tip top shape and feeling great. We’ve been following these folks for a few months and love what they have to offer. twitter-300x300

    Where can I find the model number of my Total Gym? I bought my unit 6 or 7 years ago (I think) and I need a book so I can set so I can set my unit. thanks.

    Hi Steve – The model # should be in one of these locations…
    On the inside of the rails
    Under the glideboard
    On the back of the tower/post

    Check those spots first and let us know if you need additional help.
