Total Gym Exercises: Tom’s Weekly Tip – Row and Biceps Sequence
I hope you had a fantastic 4th of July with friends and family. If you’re like me , you may be feeling the “food hangover” from too many BBQ’s this weekend.
Here’s our latest Total Gym exercise sequence targeting the upper body. Maybe this will give you some motivation to get your butt on the board – or “B.O.B.” as we like to call it – and start burning off the hamburgers, hot dogs and desserts that come along with a long holiday weekend!

Always consult your doctor or rehabilitation specialist before performing Total Gym exercises if you are injured or recovering from an injury.

Wow! Why all the other exercise equipment, when the Total Gym should be just that, a “total gym?” Tom, are you showing us all the other exercise equipment that the Total Gym can’t do? I think not.
The only reason I toying with you, is that the Total Gym was used in my rehab on for my back, some 20 years ago by Larry Mayol of Star Care Sports Rehab in Largo, FL It is great. I have one in my office at work. I purchased my first one at a used sports store, 20 years ago and the owner didn’t even know how it worked. Now everyone knows about the Total Gym. It is my main piece of work out equipment. Former military, I still enjoy the “push up” at age 52.
Keep us motivated Tom.
Yeah, us old Total Gym users just get better with age — both us and our Total Gym. Larry is a long time professional user of the Total Gym and still to this day uses it in his business. Power Tower is now the evolution of ultimate body weight training on Total Gym. Stay tuned for many more compound and single exercises to enhance your well being!
