We have many Pilates DVDs that incorporate some of the exercises from Linda Freeman’s video. If you log into GRAVITYClubhouse.com – our FREE online membership program for Total Gym users and GRAVITYTrainers – you can access all of our workout DVDs with Trainer Tips and Garage Clips videos that offer exercise tips and progressions. If you aren’t a member, it’s free to register. Once you log in, click on All Programming & Online Extras on the left side of the screen. When the GRAVITYPilates screen opens, you can review our current release “GRAVITYPilates::Infused Core” or click on the “More Pilates” box in orange (under the main image on the right) to see more Pilates videos.
