<p>Hey all, Tom here. My rehab journey has been good to me so far. I&#8217;m feeling stronger and getting my leg back to normal function with the help of some physical therapy and my Total Gym.</p>
<p>I know it&#8217;s Memorial Day, but try squeezing in today&#8217;s workout before heading out to enjoy your day off. This week I progress from last week&#8217;s upper body sequence by adding static equilibrium exercises into the mix. Static equilibrium is like holding weights in the air and then working out with them. Tough stuff ! Watch the video and try it out.</p>
