Total Gym Weekly Workout: GRAVITY Stars!

Today starts a special 9-week video series featuring Total Gym workouts led by GRAVITY Trainers from across the country.

This year’s IDEA Fitness Convention in Los Angeles attracted thousands of fitness professionals from around the world … it also turned out a fine crop of GRAVITY Stars! Certified fitness professionals, who teach the GRAVITY workout on Total Gym in fitness facilities nationwide, auditioned for our “Be a GRAVITY Star” competition for the chance to win a trip to San Diego to participate in the taping of a GRAVITY workout DVD. What you’ll see over the next few weeks is their favorite 3 to 5 minute GRAVITY exercise routine on Total Gym, sure to meet every fitness goal.

We’ll start with the Be a GRAVITY Star winner Peg Hamlett’s Booty Butt Blast workout. Peg is a GRAVITY Master Trainer and Fitness Director at the University of Idaho. Congratulations Peg!
