<p>Can Twitter help get you fitter? We think so. If you follow <a href="http://twitter.com/totalgym" target="_blank">@TotalGym</a> on Twitter you know we tweet great fitness blog posts all the time. Truth is Twitter is a fantastic resource if you’re looking for ways to keep your exercise routines fresh and exciting, as well as for finding great recipes to keep your workout diets tasty.</p>
